Hello! Welcome back to episode thirty-seven of our monthly podcast about games and game audio. This month, we were incredibly lucky to be joined by two incredibly talented audio people: composer scntfc (Andy Rohrmann) and sound designer Eduardo Ortiz Frau. Both Andy and Eduardo have just finished up working on the newly released game, Afterparty. We loved the sound and music of Afterparty, so it was a real honour to be able to dig into some of the specifics that went into its creation. We talked about Eduardo and Andy's backgrounds in audio and games, about how they both ended up working on Afterparty, and we discussed their approach to creating audio such a unique gaming experience. A huge thanks to both Andy and Eduardo for taking the time to chat to us, it was an incredibly insightful and inspiring interview.

Afterparty is out now, and can be purchased on Xbox One, PS4 and the Epic Games Store.

Hello! Welcome back to episode twenty-eight of our monthly podcast about games and game audio. This month, Barney sat down with his two friends and colleagues, Josh Bell and Francesco Del Pia, to discuss life at Cloud Imperium Games, making sounds for spaceships and spacesuits, and generally working with a big team on a big project. We also talked about finding work in the games industry as a sound designer, how to deal with moving to a new city and a new country to join a company, and how to get past the impostor syndrome that comes with starting a career in sound. A huge thanks to Josh and Fran for taking the time to chat, we had a great discussion and we hope it is helpful information, especially for newcomers to the industry.
